While the company carries his last name, owner Randy MacDonald named it not after himself, but after the family that has continually offered support in his racing career. His father, Merrill “Doc” MacDonald, and mother Pat were there even before the foundation of the company, making provisions for Randy’s racing dream early in his life. After Randy began racing professionally and established his own company, his entire family continues to support him. His wife Gina helps with bookkeeping and finances, mother Pat helps with administrative duties and sister Teri helps with marketing and public relations and has, at times, taken on driving and spotting duties. Randy’s father Doc helped him establish business relationships and carry out other important functions of the team until finishing his own race in March of 2007. Despite his death, Doc’s impact on the team will not end, as MacDonald Motorsports continues on in his honor and memory.

It is the mission of Motor Racing Outreach to introduce the racing community to a personal faith in Christ, to growth in Christlikeness, and to active involvement in the church through relationships that provide care in times of stress, knowledge of God’s word, and assistance in the development of leadership skills. MRO hopes to unify and mobilize believers worldwide to support the development of young people, who have a reason to face the future, singles, with a sense of fulfillment, husbands and wives, who honor one another, and peaceful resolutions to disputes rather than bitterness and regret.

The National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries began in 1976, with the objective of sharing the message of salvation and hope in Jesus Christ with fans and others in the auto racing community.  From that time until the present, the NFRM continues to function as a fellowship of local-church based Raceway Ministries groups, each of which provides servant-oriented, evangelistic outreach to fans, competitors, officials and staff at large speedways, road courses, weekly raceways, and other racing venues.  The NFRM also provides training and network of communication for sharing resources, encouragement and prayer support for Raceway Ministries work.

The Master’s Men is a network of men’s discipleship teams across the country and around the world, designed to equip and develop Christian men into leaders that are effective in engaging their world for Christ.  Our mission is to lead men to Christ and disciple them toward maturity in Christ in order that they may develop spiritually and become responsible leaders in their sphere of influence.  We want to create an environment where men come alive and can be real.  Something that is relevant to men, and effective in changing their lives and the world around them.
